To customize an official match kit, it is necessaty to select the desired product (Official Jersey or Official Shorts). In the corresponding screen, on the right side of the image of the chosen product, the customer has the possibility to customize the product using a drop-down menu from which to choose the player of the team or has the possibility to customize the product of his choice by clicking on the blue button CUSTOMIZE and manually entering the own name (for Official Jerseys only) and a number of your choice. The new customization will be automatically displayed on the product image.

All customers who wish to participate in the collection service HV CLUB points must register on the HV Store website by releasing their personal data.
Log in each time you wish to make purchases and, automatically at each payment finalization, will be credited points corresponding to the amount spent (1€= 1 point).
For purchases made at the Hellas Store in Via Cattaneo, simply communicate your data (after registration on HV Store) to the cashier before finalizing the payment in order to credit the corresponding points, or ask the cash desk staff to register with the portal and provide them with all the necessary information.

To make a purchase, customers must select the desired products, customize your choice according to the desired size (please always check the size scale placed next to the SIZES to know the real fit of the product before purchasing the goods). By clicking on the BUY button the product will be inserted in the CART.

At the top of right, by clicking on the image of the cart, the customer has the possibility to view all the products inserted inside the cart (VIEW CART), verify that the products inserted in the cart are those desired and define the shipping methods (free shipping or pickup at the Store in Via Cattaneo). If everything corresponds to your choices, you must click on PROCEED WITH THE ORDER to finalize the purchase. From this point the customer will have to pass these 4 steps to finalize the purchase:

  • INVOICING: enter the personal data required to make the invoicing
  • SHIPPING: confirm the shipping address or choose the click and collect option (pick up at the physical store)
  • ORDER DETAILS: check and confirm the details of your order
  • PAYMENT: make the payment choosing among the different payment methods (bancomat, credit card, paypal)

From the receipt of your order, 24 hours must pass before your package is picked up by our team and processed. After this time we will hand over the package to the Courier and within the next 2-3 working days – barring any inconvenience or peak season – your order should be delivered.

After completing your order online, please wait for our email notification and confirmation that your package is ready for pickup.
If you go through before confirmation, we cannot guarantee that your order is ready.

No, it is not possible to modify an order after you have completed it.
If your order has not yet shipped, you can request to cancel it and then place a new order. Otherwise, it is not possible to stop the order already in shipment.

If no more than 24 hours have passed contact our customer care at hvstore-support@hellasverona.it immediately indicating the order number and the request to want to proceed with the cancellation.
If we are in time we will proceed to cancel.

If you want to return a product purchased, simply request the return by writing to the email hvstore-support@hellasverona.it.
Essential condition to proceed to the next refund (after checking by us) is to return the original item in the same condition in which it was delivered, undamaged and within the time limits established in these Conditions.
In the e-mail please indicate the item to be returned and the order number.

If you have placed an order outside Italy, from another European Union member state, through this website, the provisions of the preceding paragraphs will be applicable, except for the provision relating to the courier appointed by us, applicable only if the withdrawal is made from the original address in Italy.
We also inform you that in no case or circumstance are we required to bear shipping or return costs for sending products to or from destinations other than the original address in Italy.

In the event that you believe that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the provisions of the Contract, you must immediately contact us, indicating the data of the product as well as the defect on the same present.

You will have to return the product to the address indicated in the electronic document that you will receive together with the Shipping Confirmation or in the store in via Cattaneo in Verona. We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and will communicate by e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether we will proceed to refund or replace the product (as the case may be). The refund and/or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date we send you an e-mail confirming that we will proceed with the refund or replacement of the unsuitable item.

The amount paid for products that will be returned due to damage or defect, if any, will be refunded in full, including delivery charges incurred in sending the item and returning it. The refund will be made through the payment method used to make the purchase.

Yes. Once you have received the item, If you wish to change the size of the product purchased, you can request the change by writing to the email hvstore-support@hellasverona.it.
Essential condition to proceed with the size change is to return the original article in the same conditions in which it was delivered, without damage and within the terms established in these Conditions.
In the e-mail please indicate the article and the new size desired.
The price of the product will remain unchanged from the date of purchase. Please note that the size exchange option will only be available if all the above conditions are met.

After requesting the size exchange and defining the return method, you will have to:

  • return the original item to the point of sale in via Cattaneo in Verona presenting also the electronic receipt that you will have received together with the original product
  • if requested, through the courier that we will send you at home.

You will have to return the item without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of sending the request through the website. Neither of the two return options will result in additional costs for you.
Once you have chosen the return method, we will send you the new size of the item within 2-3 working days from the date of the exchange request, and in any case within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the request. The size exchange option will not entail any additional cost for you. The new item, in any case, will be governed by the Conditions of Purchase and Use, including the right of withdrawal.
Please note that if after 14 days from the request for size exchange you have not returned or delivered – to the courier arranged by us – the original item, we will be entitled to charge you for the cost of the new product.

The refund and/or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date we send you an email confirming that we will proceed with the refund or replacement of the item.
